Optimize provides A/B testing and optimization tools for websites and applications. The service includes a JavaScript SDK, REST API, and web dashboard.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key
• You must not share your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate registration information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Optimize to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Collect personal information without consent
• Send spam or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

The Optimize service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Netwrck. You retain ownership of your experiment data and configurations.

Limitation of Liability

Optimize is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
